Personal access interview

Early Years and Primary

Silvia Bennasar

Deputy Head, Early Years and Primary

In-person interview* with Silvia Bennasar (Deputy Head, Early Years and Primary), who will show you the school facilities and answer any questions you may have. Book an appointment at the School Office.

At Escoleta, places for children who are not yet walking are very limited.

The in-person interview will only take place if places are available for the requested year.

The in-person interview is not required if a sibling is already enrolled at the school.

Secondary (ESO) and Sixth Form (BAC)

Deputy Head, Secondary and Sixth Form

In-person interview* for parents with Francisca Guerrero (Deputy Head, Secondary and Sixth Form), who will provide detailed information about these stages. Book an appointment at the School Office.

The in-person interview will only take place if places are available for the requested year.

The in-person interview is not required if a sibling is already enrolled at the school.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)

Irene Pascual

IBDP Coordinator

In-person interview* for parents and, if possible, the student with Irene Pascual (IBDP Coordinator), who will provide detailed information about the Programme and its admissions process. Book an appointment at the School Office.

(*) For Year 5 of Primary to Sixth Form, it is ESSENTIAL to submit a copy of the grades from the last three school years on the day of the interview.

Request enrolment forms from the School Office.

We will send them to you by email and arrange an appointment for in-person enrolment at the school.

In-person enrolment at the School Office, by prior appointment.

You must submit the completed and signed enrolment forms from both parents/guardians, along with the following documents, and pay the corresponding enrolment fee.

Student ID (DNI/NIE)Required for students aged 14 and over

All submitted documents must be originals. Copies will not be accepted.

Enrolment fees

Amounts and payment conditions

First payment
650€

To be paid (cash or card) upon submission of forms

This amount is non-refundable for enrolment. It covers opening the academic file and administrative costs such as processing required documentation, reports, records, etc.

Second payment
350€

Will be invoiced in the first fortnight of July 2026

Failure to pay this amount by 23 July 2026 constitutes withdrawal from enrolment. Likewise, withdrawing after payment of this instalment, or leaving the school during the year, will result in forfeiture of this amount with no right to claim.

In the case of simultaneous enrolment of three or more siblings, the amount invoiced and refunded for all of them will be €700.

The amount corresponding to the second instalment will be refunded on the June 2027 invoice, provided enrolment is maintained until the end of the academic year.

In the case of ESCOLETA enrolment, the second payment will be refunded at the end of the 3-year Early Years stage, provided enrolment is maintained until then.

Special fees — large families

Enrolment fee for third sibling (when two siblings are already enrolled) 400€
Enrolment fee for fourth or more siblings (when three or more siblings are already enrolled) 200€
For simultaneous enrolment of three or more siblings 1.300€

Enrolment after 30 June 2026

If enrolment takes place after 30 June 2026, both amounts will be paid (in cash or by card) as a single payment upon submission of forms; the regulations for each instalment described above will apply.

Important: Enrolment cannot be completed until ALL documentation has been submitted and the first instalment of the enrolment fee has been paid.
