3 – 5 years Early Years
A fundamental stage where children develop their autonomy, creativity and the foundations of learning in a playful and stimulating environment.
Learning through play is the most natural way to grow.
In Early Years we awaken curiosity, language and values from age three, in a trilingual environment where each child learns through play, experimentation and close support, always respecting their own pace of development.
Three years, one stage
P3
First school stage. Children develop autonomy, routines and the foundations of oral language in three languages through play and sensory exploration.
P4
Consolidation of habits and cognitive development. Corner projects, motor skills and literacy initiation are expanded.
P5
The final Early Years year prepares the transition to Primary with interdisciplinary projects, logical thinking and full trilingual autonomy.
Three pillars of Early Years San Cayetano
Play as the engine of learning
In Early Years play is not a break: it is the main learning tool. Motor skills workshops, corner projects and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and build cognitive and social foundations.
Three languages from the first word
Spanish, Catalan and English are worked on naturally and experientially from age 3. Pupils immerse themselves in each language through routines, songs, stories and games led by specialist teachers.
Values and emotional education from childhood
Community, respect and emotional management are pillars of daily life in San Cayetano's Early Years. We work on emotional intelligence explicitly, preparing children to be committed and empathetic citizens.
