COLEGIO SAN CAYETANO only sells its products to adults in accordance with Spanish law (article 315 of the Civil Code). Therefore, if you are under 18 years of age you may not purchase through our virtual store. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of any data entered in the store's forms.

The main characteristics of each product are described in their respective product sheets, accessible by clicking on the product photo.

Prices for each product are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT at the rate applicable at the time, currently 21%.

Payments can only be made in euros.

Payment must be made by credit or debit card through the payment gateway of the bank contracted by the school.

At no point will COLEGIO SAN CAYETANO have access to your credit or debit card number.

Once payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email at the address registered with the school, containing full details of your order.

Once you have collected your order as described below, the school will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be sent to the email address registered with the school.

If you do not collect your Escoleta or Early Years child during class hours, please contact tienda-csc@colegiosancayetano.com to arrange a collection time.

To request an exchange for incorrect size or to return a defective product, you must go to the school's physical store on the 1st floor of the Padre Pedro Pascual Pavilion, daily from 17:00 to 17:40.

Items for exchange must be in perfect condition, unused and unmarked in any way.

The deadline to request an exchange or return of a defective product is 30 calendar days from delivery.

When visiting the store or any other designated exchange/return point, you must follow all safety guidelines established by the school.

In accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the purchaser has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, without penalty and without needing to state a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must complete and submit the online form available on the school website, under the “Secretary’s Office” tab in the virtual office.

Once the form is received, the school will contact you to arrange the return of the goods and the refund of the purchase amount.

When visiting the designated return point, you must follow all safety guidelines established by the school.

Complaints forms are available at the school's secretary's office, in accordance with article 11 of Law 1/1998 of 10 March on consumer and user statutes of the Illes Balears.

Purchase contracts concluded through this online store shall be governed by Spanish law.

In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, electronic purchase contracts made through this site where the buyer is a consumer shall be deemed concluded at the buyer's habitual place of residence. The competent courts in such cases shall be those of the consumer's domicile.

Where the buyer is a legal entity, electronic purchase contracts made through this site shall be deemed concluded at the registered location of Colegio San Cayetano, namely Palma de Mallorca. Both contracting parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Concluding a purchase contract through the Colegio San Cayetano online store implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions governing such transactions.
