The services and activities of Colegio San Cayetano enrich our students' educational experience and support their wellbeing, personal development and families' work-life balance.
This offering may be subject to changes between now and the start of registration.
Registration will be done online through the ALEXIA web platform from 11:00 a.m. on 4 September 2026 until 8:00 a.m. on 16 September 2026 (this option is not available on the ALEXIA FAMILIA mobile app).
Registration will reopen on 13 October, in accordance with the general rules on joining and leaving extracurricular activities, to join the activities at the start of November.
The procedure is very simple, and in just a few clicks you can submit your children’s registration request.
That’s it! You have now requested registration for the chosen activity. Repeat the last step for each activity you would like to register for.
Important
For activities marked "GROUP FULL, NO PLACES AVAILABLE", any new requests submitted will be placed on a waiting list until a place becomes available (the school will contact those on the waiting list, where applicable).
While the registration is in "Requested" or "Accepted" status, you can cancel it at any time using the "Bin" button.

Registration fee and calendar
Registration fee: €52. A one-off, non-refundable fee that allows registration for any activity, sports school or music school. It will be billed together with the first monthly instalment.
Activities begin on 1 October (for Tue–Thu, 1 October; for Mon–Wed, 2 October). They will end on 18 June.
On the last day of each term, an assessment report on the level of learning, participation and attendance for each activity your child takes part in will be published on the ALEXIA platform.

General rules
The monthly amount (nine equal monthly instalments) and the registration fee will be billed on the School invoice. In all cases, the full month will be billed, regardless of the number of sessions attended.
REGISTRATION requests submitted before the 26th of each month that are accepted because places are available will take effect from the first day of the following month. Requests submitted from the 26th onward that are accepted will not take effect until the month after that.
Registration submitted up to 25 October will take effect on 1 November.
Registration submitted from 26 October onward will take effect on 1 December.
Cancellation of an activity must be notified before the 26th of the month, and the cancellation will take effect from the start of the following month. Simply stopping attendance will not be considered a cancellation.
The school may cancel the extracurricular activities of any student who has 2 or more returned invoices.
Students will have the first term to make sure the chosen activity suits them. FROM JANUARY ONWARD, A PENALTY OF ONE MONTHLY INSTALMENT WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.
From 26 April 2027 onward, no new registrations will be accepted for the 2026-2027 school year.
To take part in sports activities, it is essential to wear suitable sports clothing. All clothing must be labelled with first and last name.
Specific kit for the athletics, basketball, rhythmic gymnastics, tennis, table tennis and volleyball sports schools will be optional for training groups and compulsory for competition groups. This kit must be purchased from the School’s ONLINE shop. Whenever the specific kit is not used, the School’s PE uniform must be worn instead.
Activities held on the school’s outdoor facilities: if the extracurricular activity cannot go ahead due to adverse weather conditions, the school will always try to hold the activity (or an alternative activity) in its indoor facilities. Under no circumstances will the class be made up or the monthly fee reduced.
For students in SPORTS SCHOOLSwho decide to compete:
+ The coach will assign the competition groups’ schedule based on training time.
+ They will be billed €120/year for competition, in instalments of €40 in November, February and April.
+ Changing sports school from January onward will involve an additional payment of €49.
+ If cancelling from January onward, a penalty of 2 monthly instalments will be charged.
