Spiritual life

Pastoral Pastoral

Faith, culture and life: we accompany every pupil in their personal, spiritual and human growth, drawing on the tradition of the Theatine Order.

Our mission
«We are guided by three fundamental pillars: non-violence, equality and freedom.»
Non-violence Equality Freedom

A bridge between faith, culture and life

The Pastoral Care Department at Colegio San Cayetano works with the conviction that a complete education requires formation in faith, a Christian life perspective and coherent human values. Our aim is to build a genuinely evangelising school that accompanies teachers, pupils and families in the holistic development of their abilities: physical, intellectual, emotional and social.

We are guided by three fundamental pillars that apply to everyone, regardless of beliefs or traditions: non-violence, equality and freedom. From this outlook, we weave a bridge between faith, culture and life that gives deep meaning to the educational task.

Core programme

Religious Awakening

Our Religious Awakening programme accompanies pupils from Pre-School to Sixth Form, integrating the spiritual dimension into everyday school life, combining daily practice with deeper experiences throughout the year.

The four pillars

How we live pastoral care every day

First pillar

Morning prayer

We begin each day with a moment of prayer and communal reflection that invites quiet recollection and mindful presence.

Second pillar

Catechesis

Religious formation and preparation for the sacraments — First Communion and Confirmation — with close, personal accompaniment.

Third pillar

Retreats

Fellowship retreats at Sa Font Gran for Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form: spaces for encounter, reflection and personal growth.

Fourth pillar

Summer camps

Camps with a formative and spiritual purpose where young people discover values, friendship and transcendence surrounded by nature.
