Pupils in Early Years and Primary will go to their respective classrooms.
Those in Secondary will wait in the plaza in front of the Secondary building. Form tutors will meet their pupils there and accompany them to their classroom.
Pupils in Baccalaureate and International Baccalaureate will go to the school Auditorium.

All meetings will be in person, in the respective classrooms.
September 2026
Notification of assigned class group
In the first days of September, email will be used to notify the parents of pupils in Early Years and Primary which class group each of their children has been assigned to. The assigned group may only be changed based on the School's organisational needs.

The School's specific uniform is compulsory in Primary and Secondary Education. Available exclusively at El Corte Inglés.
The uniform for Escoleta and for 3, 4 and 5 year olds in Early Years, the PE kit (all levels) and the lab coat (ESO, BAC and PDBI) are purchased from the CSC Online Shop via ALEXIA from 8:00 am on 1 September.

Books, digital licences and school supplies

Activity books and school supplies will be handed out in the classrooms at the start of term. No action is required from families.
Digital licences
They will be installed directly on the pupils' Chromebooks at the start of term.
International Baccalaureate
Imported books. Delivery takes 20 to 25 days from the order date.
Year 3 to 6 Primary, ESO and Baccalaureate
The necessary supplies and book references will be communicated by the teaching staff via ALEXIA. Books are purchased through Distribuidora Rotger S.L.

Tuition Fees 2026-27

- At ESCOLETA: Morning-only option (7:45 am to 1:15 pm): €450/month.
- Occasional afternoon stay until 5:45 pm: €15/day (lunch not included)
The cost of the IB Diploma Programme, for pupils starting it in the 2026-2027 school year, will be split into 10 monthly instalments of €980, from September to June in each of the two years of the Programme (20 instalments in total). These instalments cover all administrative costs of the Programme and registration for the official IB exams. Costs associated with UNED's validation procedures and PCE registration are not included in these instalments and must be paid directly to UNED at the end of the second year.
Attendance at preparatory classes for pupils (repeat category) who need to sit extraordinary sessions of the official IB exams will cost €110 per subject/month. These fees do not include registration for the extraordinary official IB exams for each session sat.
School supplies for Escoleta are included in the monthly fee, except for the School's own teaching resources. Personal hygiene products (wet wipes, changing mats, changing table covers, cloth bibs for snacks or lunch, etc.) will be invoiced in November, January, March and May.
From age 3 in Early Years up to Year 2 of Primary, invoicing for these same months will be based on actual consumption, with a breakdown of the amount and VAT.
From Year 3 of Primary up to Baccalaureate, this is managed through a monthly fee of €33 + VAT, which covers curriculum materials and digitalisation, as well as the School's own teaching materials and the maintenance and management of digital equipment.
The general school meal service, which includes lunch, playground supervision, medical service and daily attendance monitoring, will cost a total of €1,960 for the 2026-27 school year, invoiced according to the school days in each month. For occasional meals, the price per meal ticket will be €15/day. The meal ticket for occasional meals for pupils' family members will be €11/day.
The Escoleta meal service will cost €1,595 per year, invoiced according to the school days in each month. For occasional meals, the price per meal ticket will be €12/day.
In general, other activities such as outings, trips, concerts, etc. are invoiced on the monthly bill.
The AMPA fee (€13) and the school magazine "De Nou a Sis" (€6.50 + VAT) are charged quarterly. In both cases, one fee is charged per family.
Compulsory accident insurance and the permanent nursing service (for all pupils, including Escoleta) will cost €85 per year.
The voluntary insurance policy taken out by the AMPA costs approximately €70 per year per pupil when only one parent (mother or father) is insured, and €100 per year per pupil when both parents are insured.
Issuing duplicates of any type of document: the School Office will charge €2 per document issued.
In the case of a returned direct debit due to non-payment, an administration fee will be charged: €20 for the first returned payment and €25 for the second and each subsequent one.
CHROMEBOOK PURCHASE: €625, VAT included (device plus Google for Education administration licence and insurance).
NO CHROMEBOOK PURCHASE: €80 + VAT (Google for Education administration licence plus set-up and licence installation costs).
Physics and Chemistry in English
We offer your children a further opportunity to prepare for the future (IB Diploma, bilingual or fully English-taught university degrees...) by giving them the option, on a voluntary basis, to take Physics and Chemistry in Years 3 and 4 of ESO in English (with the same content and level as in Spanish) and at no cost to families.
Should demand exceed what the School can offer in terms of forming complete groups in the same language, the admission criteria will be based on the pupil's academic record, giving priority to grades in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and prior knowledge of English.
Choosing a language in Year 3 does not oblige the pupil to keep that option the following year. This means pupils will be given the choice of language every year.
